Once I hit my thirties my skin stopped behaving like it used to, and after putting it off for a while I finally went in for a consultation. I had looked at a few dermatology clinics around Apgujeong Rodeo, and even though this was my first visit here, they listened to my concerns properly before recommending anything — that earned my trust. Staff were kind from the moment I booked, and the treatment room felt calm enough that I relaxed a bit. They told me in advance what I might feel during the procedure, so I was less anxious. Afterwards they explained home care in detail too. Being near Rodeo made it easy to stop by.

It's a clinic for skin and aesthetic work, but there's a lovely garden out front where you can sit with a cup of tea and take a break.

I booked over KakaoTalk and visited, and it was such a satisfying experience. Thank you to Manager Choi, who guided me kindly from the moment I booked. It was my first time getting Ulthera, and the manager explained the aftercare, the numbing time and what the pain would be like in detail, which helped a lot beforehand. Director Gu So-yeon, who performed the Ulthera — her meticulous work and genuinely sincere explanations gave me real confidence. The front-desk staff who greeted me warmly stayed with me too. Especially the person who thoroughly did the LDM finishing care on my face, and everyone assisting Director Gu — all of them were consistently kind and considerate. Thanks to all of you I had a comfortable, satisfying time. Sincerely grateful, and I strongly recommend Dong-An Joongsim.

I went on a recommendation that the female director is thorough and skilled — and she's so warm on top of that.
The treatment was meticulous too, so I'm leaving doubly impressed!

I went for Thermage for the first time in my life, and they were kind and did the treatment thoroughly — it was great. Honestly I'd heard plenty about how much Thermage hurts, so I was scared, and I figured if I was doing it I'd take as many shots as possible in one go and get the pain over with. But the director said no — more shots isn't automatically better — and recommended an appropriate number for me instead. If I'd gritted my teeth and tried to finish it in one session, my skin might have ended up in a real emergency. The explanations were gentle and calm, which eased my nerves, and during the treatment their technique must be good because it hurt less than I expected. They have a lot of equipment here, and the director's hands are the real deal.
